Paris Hilton’s younger brother Conrad Hilton was arrested for the second time in four months on Monday, June 22. The hotel heir, 21, was arrested outside ex-girlfriend Hunter Salomon’s home after reportedly violating the restraining order she obtained. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirms to Us Weekly that Hilton was arrested for violating a court order, but could not specify exact details.

According to TMZ, Hilton was arrested after he broke into Hunter’s Hollywood Hills home. His ex-girlfriend — who also happens to be the daughter of Rick Salomon, the counterpart in Paris’ famous sex tape, 1 Night in Paris — filed for a restraining order after Conrad reportedly became obsessive and threatened to kill himself following their split.

Conrad was last arrested in February 2015 after threatening passengers and flight attendants during an international flight in July. Following his arrest and admission to having smoked pot in the plane bathroom and threatening to kill one flight attendant, he voluntarily checked into a rehab facility. On June 16, Kathy Hilton’s son was placed on three years’ probation for his in-flight meltdown and ordered to submit to drug tests, undergo mental health treatments, and participate in an outpatient substance abuse program, CNN reported.

In April 2015, Conrad was charged with a felony count of recklessly disregarding and fleeing the siren and flashing light of a patrol vehicle in August 2014. He had been speeding, driving over 90 mph in Palm Springs.
