She may play a villainess on NBC’s Grimm, but Claire Coffee has found her happily ever after! The 33-year-old actress married Punch Brothers lead singer and mandolinist Chris Thile (after two-and-a-half years together) on Monday, Dec. 23, in an intimate ceremony at Blackberry Farm in Tennessee, her rep confirms to Us Weekly.

“It’s our favorite place to vacation and one of the best places on earth,” Coffee tells Us of Blackberry Farm, which she describes as “a gorgeous and rustic resort” in the Smoky Mountains. “We wanted something intimate and earthy, with kick-ass food and wine, and it doesn’t get much better than Blackberry where those things are concerned.”

The ceremony was indeed intimate. The newlyweds exchanged vows in front of just 20 guests, with Coffee’s younger sister Abbie as the officiant. The only non-family member in attendance was Bon Iver guitarist and violinist Rob Moose, who played Bach on the violin as Coffee walked down the aisle.

The bride was resplendent in a 1937 vintage lace wedding dress from bridal boutique Xtabay in Portland, Ore. Her musician groom, meanwhile, wore a custom-made suit by Against Nature in New York.

Together since June 2011, Coffee and Thile were set up by a mutual friend. They dated long distance for about eight months, until Coffee moved to New York (only to be sent to Portland for Grimm a short time later).

Already cashing in on her marriage perks, the bride playfully tweeted just before the big day, “Forcing @ChrisThile to listen to the new Beyonce album in its entirety because as his wife is it now legal for me to do so.”
