No bad blood! Katie Holmes ended her five-year fashion line partnership with stylist Jeanne Yang earlier this month, but she had her reasons. The actress has opened up about the split in Elle UK, and revealed why she decided that now was the right time to cut ties.
"I loved every minute of my time working on Holmes & Yang. I remain passionate about the design aesthetic we created, and am so happy with what Jeanne and I accomplished," Holmes, 35, said in the mag's March 2014 issue. "However I am now concentrating on acting and motherhood, which did not leave the label the time and attention it deserved."

"I'm really thrilled that the final showcase for Holmes & Yang is in ELLE – I had a blast at my shoot for the magazine," she continued. "It is fantastic to feel like it's ending on a high." (Page Six was first to report of the demise on March 2. A source told the site they split due to "interpersonal conflict" after Yang allegedly leaked information about Holmes and ex-husband Tom Cruise following their July 2013 divorce.)
Holmes may have dimmed the lights on her fashion career, but the mom to daughter Suri, 7, is already making waves on the big and small screen. The actress recently wrapped shooting the film adaptation of The Giver in South Africa. On March 11, it was confirmed that the Dawson's Creek alum would also be returning to television in an ABC pilot. The series is currently untitled, but has been described as a "high society drama."
