It's been more than six years since The O.C.'s Sandy Cohen shared his fatherly wisdom with the superficial shores of California, but actor Peter Gallagher hasn't forgotten about his lovable TV family.
As it turns out, they won't let him!
At the 13th Annual Les Girls presented by the National Breast Cancer Coalition Fund event in NYC, the 58-year-old actor spoke with Us Weekly about the hit drama and life post-O.C.
In fact, Gallagher reunites with his costars "all the time," he revealed. "I just saw Ben [McKenzie] the other night at my daughter's show. [Adam] Brody and I had dinner the other night."
Gallagher is currently taping Covert Affairs, which just got picked up for Season 5, in Toronto, where he often sees another former costar, Melinda Clarke (aka Mrs. Julie Cooper Nichol … Cooper Roberts).

As for his Chrismukkah-creating on-screen son, Gallagher could not be more proud of Brody.
"He's doing great," he told Us. "He's doing exactly what he wants to be doing — movies."
Other members of the cast haven't been quite so positive when it comes to O.C. nostalgia. Tate Donovan, who played Jimmy Cooper and later directed some episodes of the show, bashed his younger costars in Vulture in an August 2013 interview saying, "By the time I started to direct, the kids on the show had developed a really bad attitude. They just didn’t want to be doing the show anymore. It was pretty tough; they were very tough to work with."
