Rosie ODonnell Slammed for Suggesting Barron Trump Is Autistic

Rosie O’Donnell was slammed on Twitter this week after sharing a video Monday, November 21, that suggested Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron, might be autistic.

The seven-minute clip, which was compiled by YouTube user James Hunter, includes footage from the presidential debates, the Republican National Convention and Trump’s acceptance speech from earlier this month, and points out behaviors that might be signs of autism.

“Barron Trump Autistic?” O’Donnell, 54, tweeted Monday. “If so — what an amazing opportunity to bring attention to the AUTISM epidemic.”

Twitter users were quick to criticize the comedian for her post, telling O’Donnell that she was unnecessarily putting the 10-year-old — whose mom is Trump’s third wife and future first lady, Melania Trump — in the spotlight.

Though the president-elect has yet to directly respond to O’Donnell’s tweet, the pair’s long-standing animosity has led to plenty of hateful exchanges in the past.

Trump reignited the pair’s feud during the first presidential debate, telling the crowd that while he’s said “very tough things to her … I think everybody would agree that she deserves it, and nobody feels sorry for her.”

O’Donnell angrily called Trump out during the final debate, holding nothing back in her reaction to his behavior as he faced off against Hillary Clinton.

“ALL YOUR BUSINESS DEALS FAIL U DELUSIONAL TURD #debatenight,” O’Donnell tweeted. “U STUPID LYING ARROGANT ONE SENTENCE SNIFFER — U R A BAD BAD PERSON DONALD – snifffff sifffffff #debatenight.”
