Taylor Momsen has found a new way to shock the world.

The Pretty Reckless frontwoman and ex-Gossip Girl actress, 19, appears fully nude in a new spoken word video for Amp Rock TV that debuted October 12 on YouTube. Directed by Tim Mattia, the 75-second clip features a thin Momsen reciting lyrics from the track "Under the Water."

(Sample lyrics: "Lay my head under the water / Alone I pray for calmer seas / And when I wake from this dream with chains all around me / I've never been free.")

Like Alanis Morissette's 1998 "Thank U" music video, in which the Canadian singer also appeared fully nude, Momsen's private parts are artfully blurred out in the clip.
