At least one of the women in Tom Brady‘s life is celebrating! Brady’s ex (and mother to his son, Jack, 8) sent congratulations to the NFL pro on Thursday, Sept. 3, as news of the end of Deflategate hit the headlines.

As Us Weekly reported previously, a federal judge tossed Brady’s four-game suspension yesterday, saying NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell had no right to punish the Super Bowl MVP.

And while celebs took sides (some delighted with the decision, others, like Snoop Dogg, not so much), one woman clearly elated with the news was actress and model Moynahan, who took to Twitter to make her views known.

“Yippee! I can go back to private texts and enjoying the game congrats #TB and @Patriots #letsmoveon,” the 44-year-old mom of one wrote.

The other woman in Brady’s life, Gisele Bundchen, who, as Us Weekly reveals in its new issue, is currently enduring some marital issues with her husband of six years, has not been quite so vocal.

Despite being a regular social media user, the Brazilian model has not used Twitter, Instagram or Facebook since Tuesday, Sept. 1.

A source close to the world’s highest-paid model, 35, and the $13 million-plus-a-year NFL pro, 38, told Us that the couple have been having intense fights since he was hit with his four-game suspension back in May.

Their spats have become so heated that Bundchen recently consulted with a divorce lawyer, says a Brady insider. “Tom thinks it’s only a threat,” says the insider. “But this is definitely a rough patch.”
